Troop 152 was busy in October with visiting Webelos & two camping trips. The Cub-O-Ree was a great success for the Troop & all who attended. Congratulations to Double D and all the Scouts who worked on the Gate Way. Troop 152 has retained possession of the BRADBURY CUP for another year. The troop won 2 additional awards for “Judges Choice Gate Way” and for the “Dessert Contest” (Dutch Over Cinnamon Rolls). The Cubs enjoyed scaling the castle wall activity. Thanks to all the Scouts and Leaders who helped design, organize and run the activities. The Scouts of Troop 152 are outstanding. We were complimented on the way our Scouts welcomed & interacted with the Cub Scouts. I would also like to thank Mr. Nagele for all his work at the District level to make this event possible every year.

Despite the rain, camping at Ockanickon & rock climbing at Doylestown Rock Gym made last weekend a blast. The Scouts & Leaders challenged themselves to new climbing heights.. Next year we will get to climb at Ralph Stover State Park since it can’t possibility rain three years in a row? Thanks to Mr. Bauer for running this trip & all the leaders who became certified belayers so the Scouts could have more time climbing.
